Additionally, the breakfast room was overcrowded and insufficiently equipped, lacking enough tables for all the guests. I found the check-in process to be excessively slow, taking nearly 25 minutes while other guests waited.

oh where to start, this place was more noisy than a concert with the restaurant garden below my window. also, both elevators were out of order, and after yelling for help, nothing was offered, not even a pathetic complimentary drink. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. i expected more for the price, honestly.
